Daina was a certified yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience, holding credentials as an E-RYT 500 and YACEP. She specialized in Thai bodywork and was affiliated with Sanctuary Studios.
Her passion for yoga and healing arts led her to study at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, where she honed her skills and deepened her understanding of mind-body wellness. A proud alumna of Moline High School, Daina remained deeply connected to her roots, dedicating her life to serving the Moline community.
She was the founder of “Yoga with Daina Marie,” where she offered classes that emphasized inclusivity and accessibility, ensuring that yoga was approachable for individuals of all ages and abilities. Her classes were known for their warmth, encouragement, and the safe space they provided for personal growth.
