He moved to Philadelphia to attend La Salle University, earning a bachelor’s degree in biology and setting the foundation for what would become an exemplary medical career.

He went on to obtain his medical degree at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University in Camden, New Jersey, a place that nurtured both his intellect and his compassionate spirit.

Dr. Duffy remained at Cooper University Hospital for his dermatology residency, where he stood out not only for his clinical skill but also for his empathy and leadership.

His passion for treating children led him to further specialize in pediatric dermatology at the prestigious Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), where he became a trusted and admired figure among patients and peers alike.

Most recently, he returned to southern New Jersey to care for patients at HMGS Dermatology, bringing with him the highest standards of care and a warm, calming presence that put families at ease.

Beyond his medical career, Dr. Duffy was a man of many passions. He was an avid cook and baker, always eager to try recipes from around the globe. His curiosity and zest for life extended into hiking and yoga, which he found both grounding and rejuvenating.
