In the early morning hours of May 16, Alexus was involved in a fatal single-vehicle crash on LA 67 at Lemon Road in East Baton Rouge Parish. According to Louisiana State Police, she was driving a 2013 Toyota Highlander northbound when the vehicle veered off the road, struck a culvert, and overturned.
Alexus, who was unrestrained at the time, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. Authorities have not yet determined if impairment played a role, and toxicology results are pending as the investigation continues.
